About Us

Our company consists of three teams united under Canadian Pro-Landscaping to cover most of the landscaping aspects. Each team specializes in its trade – interlocking, carpentry and concrete work. The teams have extensive experience working on a large variety of projects of different sizes. We worked with multiple large companies and builders on residential and commercial projects. From restoring interlocking stone that was installed over 20 years ago to multi-level decks built on steep slopes and commercial-grade heated driveways, we’ve been through it all.

Working with large companies was a great experience on the one hand and a great frustration due to the lack of executive power on the other hand. Large companies as well as builders most of the time prioritize highly profitable projects and often neglect smaller projects. That is reflected in delays in the project schedule and ignoring for some time the warranty calls. Poor customer service from upper management is often reflected in the relationships with the teams even though the actual quality of the product was at the highest level. Another major issue that we encountered working with large companies is the lack of the details in description of the projects and often expectations of customers and the provided service were not matching resulting in increased costs for the project.

We learned from the mistakes of others and came up with a detailed invoicing system that contains transparent prices based on standard costs. Our goal is to educate our customers to the point where they understand all aspects of a project before we start. At any point in time, you can contact us and acquire needed information on the project or other needed information. Each project is equally important to us regardless of the size. We understand that due to weather or other unexpected events, we may need to come back for touch-ups and we guarantee to be there within two weeks from the request. Our 5-year backed up with the latest industry standards, in-depth knowledge of the trades and professionalism of our teams.
